We want you to love your Lady Bird products! 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Returns are for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its original packaging and its original, unused condition.

Custom Orders are rarely returnable, but please email us within 7 days of receipt to discuss any issues.

NOTE: These are handmade items, meaning that they might not be machine/robot-made perfect if you know what I mean!
